Decided to jump on the bandwagon and make a 365 blog. It’ll really help me maintain and improve my photography, keep memories, and give me a side project to work on.

Spent the first day of 2012 cleaning my room (I can see the carpet again!) and getting life in order.
Also took the time to look through some old family albums. Digital may be convenient, but theres something about holding the memory in your hand…
Dug this photo of my mom, sister, and me out. This was taken outside of my old house. The playground was about 8-10 feet from my front door… it was amazing. I wasn’t a huge fan of my sister, Emily, as a kid. Stole too much attention.
And I realized a couple of things while looking through the albums:
- It was alot easier to be happy as a kid. Theres no such thing as world problems when you’re a kid either.
- Who you marry has a HUGE impact on your life.
- Kids learn best through mimicry. Do as you wish to teach.
- Time honestly waits for nobody.
I really really hope I can stick with this.
